sunday sessions run from july - november | 2 - 4pm You and your child will work as a team to solve a design challenge inspired by a work of art from the museum’s permanent collection. Learn how to paint, draw, construct, and take photographs from experienced art teachers. for children ages 5 to 11 all children must be accompanied by an adult. |

select saturdays, 3-5 pm three art-filled Saturday afternoons at the Bass Museum. The new program will include artists’ talks, tours, wine tastings, opportunities to make new acquaintances, and chances to simply wander throughout the museum. Every few Saturdays from 3-5pm, the museum plays host to these special afternoons to highlight either an exhibition or a part of our collection. sunday, september 12, 3 pm nestor zurita, saxophone | axel aleman, bass | andres roa, drums In a program of his own compositions, Nestor Zurita uses improvisation as the main tool of expression and fuses it with traditional rhythms from Brazil, Ecuador, the Middle East, Cuba, as well as elements of jazz and classical music. Free to members and cost of admission to the museum for non-members. Seating is limited to first 75 guests
